 TerroirOur "classic" vintage Domaine du Roncée is an harmonious blend of different terroirs of CHINON.
Vines
The high-trellised vines are used to promote sunlight for a best ripening. They are also grassed.
Vinification
Selection of the grapes, respect of the entire fruits by vatting by gravity, cold maceration and short vatting are necessary to keep the quality of the grapes.
Tasting notes
Red colour with hints of blue at an early age, nose of fresh black fruits and spices, tender and easy to drink.
Tasting tips
Drink it at an early age or after two to three years.
The serving temperature is 14/16°C. Poultry, white meat, goat's cheese or exotic food perfectly go with this wine.
